This song was written from Romans 15:13, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope." I wanted to capture the idea that we do not only have hope here in this life, as Jesus is transforming our lives through sanctification, but we also have a future hope. Jesus is our hope of glory and as saints we live our lives with expectation and anticipation of Jesus second coming. This song is a celebration of what Christ does through the Holy Spirit as we live on this earth and also a celebration of what is to come. May the Holy Spirit arise in you as you seek the face of Christ each day.
